My last Spring Quarter....Ever.

Hello everyone!

So 2006 will be my last Spring quarter here at Ohio University. Sad, I know. It's been fun so far and there's only more fun time to come! But before I get to updating my life this quarter, I must go back and tell you about my Spring Break! After much deliberation, I decided I would spend my last Spring Break in Panama City Beach, Florida, with Campus Crusade for Christ. Now, most of you are probably thinking, "why would you spend your last spring break doing the same exact thing you did for the past two years!?" Well, truthfully I didn't want to. Originally a few of us were trying to do anything but go to Panama City with CCC, but the Lord decided otherwise. So we went. And it was a great time! Sara, Torrie, and myself got to ride down in JJ's van instead of the tour bus with everyone else and that was a huge blessing. It made the trip even more fun and much more comfortable. (leg space!) Anyways, it was a good time. I learned a lot about myself and about the Lord. I was able to witness God do amazing things in the lives of others and it was a good time of fellowship. So, all around good time.

Now, back to that Spring quarter: I'm taking 12 credit hours this quarter...golf, bowling, waterskiing, documentary photojournalism and contemporary religious thought. Pretty good lineup I'd say. I have oodles of time on my hands right now, but that's soon to change with my photo class. It's nice having more time because I can focus it on important things...like my photo class, my friends and my ministry. Also, it's nice because I can do a lot of leisure activities like fish. I went fishing yesterday with Reed at Fox Lake and I must say that it was ALMOST a bust. Reed caught the only fish. She actually had the only bite. But it was just nice to go away to where it was absolutely quiet. I was practicing the spiritual discipline of solitude and silence...at least until I messed it up by talking. Haha. Anyways, it was good fun.

I'm also considering playing intramural tennis. I think I'm going to play in a double with Sara. Should be fun considering we'll be unstoppable. Boy, am I setting myself up for a big fat "humble" pill. Whatever, bring it on.

Other than that, not too much is going on. I'm kinda annoyed by the fact that people post comments that are trying to sell things and they act like they like my blog. If you are one of these people...don't leave a comment. It's rude and I don't want to buy your surf sliders or whatever else you're trying to sell. Plus, it makes me uncomforable at the fact that random people like that read this. I'm going to be more careful with my words because I feel violated because of you people.

Have a blessed day!
