The Bestest Day Ever.
I can't get over the fact that it's 60 degrees outside, I'm listening to "Cold Beverages," by G Love and Special Sauce and I'm wearing a t-shirt. Can life get any better? ...I submit that it cannot!
Seriously, this has been the bestest day ever. In fact the week has been rather fantastic too. Monday was fun even though it was a rainy Valentine's Day. Last night, AIA was awesome. I had the chance to lead the study on the contentment of the heart through circumstances. It felt great to be able to share something that the Lord has been teaching me and laying on my heart. So good. Also, we're trying to put details together on our outreach, Dance Dance Revolution! I'm so excited about this one. We're going to get all the different women's athletic teams to battle it out on the dance floor. Get ready ladies ...the soccer dynasty is about to begin! We're holding practice and getting our choreography together. It's serious, real serious.
Today, well ...like I said: it's a flip-flop kinda day. And any day that is a "flip-flop kinda day" is a good day. I'm sure you would agree. But I recieved two packages in the mail. First, I got a Valentine's Day package from my mom. She rocks. Secondly, I recieved a package from a certain awesome someone that made my day. I'm currently listening to the V-Day mix he made. And, yes, I may or may not be listening to #5 ..."I've got friends in low places...." Wow. Everything was perfect. You sure know how to make this girl smile. Keep holding down KC for me till I can return!
Lastly, I must go to class. Yes, even though I would rather be throwing the frisbee or playing lacrosse right now in the Spring-like weather, I must be a good student and go to at least 3 of the 4 classes I have today. Wouldn't you agree? Naw...
